£10 late fee is required for 10 minutes late.

20 minutes late and your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

You must provide 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. 

If you choose to cancel your appointment prior to your appointment date or on the day you will be charged FULL amount for your next appointment. 

Out of work hour fee’s:
Bookings from 6pm+ Monday- Saturday there will be an extra cost of £25
Sundays there will be an extra cost of £25
